Habitat For Humanity Group Project
As a part of my Digital News coursework, a group of classmates and I created a variety of new/digital media content for a nonprofit organization. Below are the components I created for our nonprofit, the Tuscaloosa, AL chapter of Habitat For Humanity.
Habitat for Humanity Feature: Sonya Kemp
I had the privilege to meet Sonya Kemp -- a survivor of the EF4 tornado that hit Tuscaloosa (now just over) seven years ago. Her home was left unlivable. Now, the Tuscaloosa chapter of Habitat for Humanity is stepping in and lending a helping hand. Here is Sonya's story.
